The Greater San Tan Coalition (GSTAC) is comprised of three integrated levels; the first is the Core Visioning Committee (CORE) ; the second is the Extended Visioning Team (EVT) and the third, the Visioning Task Forces (VTF) .
The ultimate goal of the three coordinated components is to unify a definable community, acquire universal recognition of this community, establish clear and acknowledged boundaries and to afford the citizens of this community a genuine grass roots opportunity to create for themselves a rational, efficient, and cost effective representative entity sufficient to ensure full representation throughout and within the Nine District boundary area, sufficient to accurately and inclusively define a shared vision, and sufficient to see that vision implemented and endure.
